Directions

STAY HYDRATED: Drink a glass of water before and after your bath. For best results, add 1/4 cup to tub of warm water and let it dissolve. Immerse yourself all the way up to the neck and soak for about 20 minutes. Relax, close your eyes and just breathe while the rich Dead Sea Salt minerals and organic essential oils heal and comfort. Once you are done soaking, rise out of the tub very slowly and cautiously. The warm bath may make you feel light headed so be careful. USE 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK
